Ceremony + Reception

Package includes:

  • 60-minute kickoff meeting — in person or on video

Beginning 45 days before the wedding:

  • Available for regular text and email support

  • One venue site visit

  • Manage vendor relationships

  • Review rental orders

  • Review event layout, set up, and floor plan at the venue

  • Create and distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors

  • Attend wedding rehearsal and guide the wedding party through the ceremony

  • Collect and transport up to two boxes of personal decor to the venue

Day of responsibilities:

  • Ceremony + Reception Coordination

  • Up to 12 hours of coverage on wedding day

  • Confirm that the ceremony site and reception areas have been set as planned

  • Point of contact for all guests and vendors

  • Troubleshoot emergencies with discretion

  • Assist in setting up and styling design details (paper goods; escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage, menus,décor elements, guest sign-in table, photos, and gift table/card box, etc.)

  • Cue all participating parties in scheduled activities (wedding party for ceremony, guests to dinner, etc) 

  • Support the DJ/Emcee with timing for key events

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors

  • Deliver gifts and personal belongings to a designated person at the end of the evening

    *Travel outside of Phoenix subject to mileage and lodging fees

Package includes:

Beginning 30 days before wedding:

  • Available for regular text and email support

  • One venue site visit

  • Review client-prepared rental order, site map, and timeline + suggest changes as needed

  • Pre-wedding outreach to the vendor team to introduce myself

Day of responsibilities:

  • Reception-only coordination

  • Up to 8 hours of coverage on wedding day

  • Greet vendors and act as their point of contact for their set-up needs

  • Ensure reception areas have been set as planned

  • Assist in setting up and styling design details (paper goods; escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage, menus,décor elements, guest sign-in table, photos, and gift table/card box, etc.)
